DeWiss-Databases with Delphi studies from the social and health sciences

The databases were created by DeWiss (scientific network on Delphi methods, more information at https://delphi.ph-gmuend.de/). The aim is to collect published Delphi primary and methodological studies to support future research in the field of the Delphi method. The databases contain Delphi studies from 2016 to 2023 from four databases (Scopus, MEDLINE, CINAHL and Epistemonikos). Delphi studies from the social and health sciences in German or English were included. One inclusion criterion is the keyword ‚Delphi‘ in the title or abstract.

The DeWiss-databases with Delphi studies from the social and health sciences are the result of two data collections. In the first data collection, the Primary Studies Database I and the Method Studies Database II were created. These contain Delphi primary and methodological studies from the social and health sciences from the years 2016 to 2021.

In a second data collection, the Primary Studies Database II and the Method Studies Database II were developed for updating purposes. These contain Delphi primary and methodological studies from the years 2021 to 2023.

The DeWiss-Databases with Delphi Primary Studies include the Primary Studies Database I and the Primary Studies Database II. These contain primary studies in which a Delphi method was used.

The DeWiss-databases with Delphi Method Studies include the Method Studies Database I and the Method Studies Database II. These contain articles dealing with methodological questions on Delphi studies (e.g. evaluation, quality, reporting).
