Working group 2: Survey and Feedback Design
The main focus of the DeWiss network's working group 2 is a scientifically based discussion of survey tools and the design of feedback to provide helpful guidance for future Delphi studies.
Given that most Delphi studies are based on standardized questionnaires, possible strategies to develop questionnaires and ensure scale quality need to be discussed and, if necessary, verified through methods testing. Closely linked to this is the issue of subsequent analysis and feeding back of the results, as well as definitions of consensus and the predictive capability of Delphi techniques. The use of qualitative survey procedures as a possibility for combination with or replacement of the standardized questionnaire is also discussed in this context.
Furthermore, working group 2 concerns itself with a selection of the available apps for carrying out Delphi studies, looking at applicability regarding different Delphi techniques.
